He's one of those people who's rough around the edges but still a relatively likeable person. Most of his friends are comrades, fellow soldiers in the Kresimir military. Others would be people who live in the same area as he does, and the people who look after his siblings while him and his parents are busy. So long as they're not bossy, and don't try to tell him what to do with his life. Most people who are in a position of power, whether in the military or some other form of authority, would not fall into this category. BEST because everyone needs a best friend right? A best friend for Dmitrei would be someone he can loosen up around. He doesn't particularly like talking about his feelings, not even to his family, but this person would be the exception to the rule. There are other possibilities of course. CHILDHOOD friends would be awesome. There is always that one childhood friend that knows you better than you know yourself, and I can imagine Dmitrei having one of those. I would prefer they would be in the military like him, but not necessarily in a position of power. One plot could be that the friend gets a promotion, and this puts a strain on their long-standing friendship. I can also see Dmitrei belonging to an old group of friends, but at least one of them would be in the military with him. If you want to create a group of childhood friends, we could actually turn that into a love triangle. ;] But more on that idea later. [/style]

And Dmitrei is the kind of guy who makes a a lot of them. He especially causes trouble with the local thugs and gangs, as he can't stand bullies. Specifically the severe ones. This earns him multiple enemies that are local and can threaten his family, but that doesn't really scare him off. He'll protect them, and he knows his father will too. RIVAL everyone's got at least one. There are healthy rivalries, and not so healthy rivalries. With a superior, there will most likely be a strong desire to surpass them, so they are considered 'healthy rivalries' because they push Dmitrei to better himself. An unhealthy one would be a rivalry that gets out of hand and causes severe damage to himself and/or the other person when its not really necessary. A relationship that pushes him over the edge constantly. This would be more along the lines of a true enemy, someone Dmitrei truly hates. But now you know the difference between what I consider to be a 'healthy' rivalry and an 'unhealthy' rivalry. And now for the next step: ANNOYANCE as there will be many relationships like this. Dmitrei is rather easily annoyed by people, and even when he isn't really annoyed he'll act like he is. He enjoys quiet places, and so intrusions on that space wouldn't make him very happy. And because he has issues apologizing, you can see how something like that might go. However, he doesn't like making girls cry. So that might work to your advantage ladies. But be forewarned: Dmitrei can tell the difference between crocodile tears and honest, true tears. And he doesn't appreciate people trying to manipulate him. He wouldn't outright hit a girl, but he wouldn't exactly do much more to restrain his temper either. Because he's broody like that. [/style]

And my personal favorite to work with in most cases, haha. ONE-SIDED relationships would not be common, but then again Dmitrei falling in love is a rare occurance to begin with. So we'll play pretend with this for a moment. One-sided romance could either be the girl crushing on him, or him crushing on the girl. Either way, its bond to be adorable. <3 Dmitrei would probably be best paired with either an incredibly sensitive, soft-spoken, and innocent girl; or a total BAMF. Or, there could be some kind of love triangle/rectangle thing! Because I totally love creating drama like that! STALKER behavior would be...completely nonexistant. Not the in creeper way anyway. If Dmitrei ever did develop feelings for someone, he probably would try to keep tabs on them as often as he felt the need, which would depend completely on the girl's personality. Its not exactly stalking, because its not creepy. Its just him being protective. <3 Now...for my earlier plot idea. It begins with Dmitrei and his two childhood friends, whose names and appearance would be entirely up to the puppetmaster. There would be two boys and one girl in this group total (that means including Dmitrei!), and the ages would really be up to their puppermasters as well although I would prefer no one was under eighteen and the boy be at least a year older than Dmitrei. I would also prefer that the girl from the group be an intelligent BAMF, and the boy be this even-tempered, friendly, teasing, big brother type who Dmitrei can look up to. The plot can be on of these two options: both Dmitrei and the male friend have feelings for the girl in the group and that starts to weight heavy on the two boy's relationship. Especially if the boy is promoted to higher rank in the military. OR the girl in the group likes Dmitrei, the boy in the group likes the girl, but Dmitrei falls for this sweet, innocent type we discussed earlier. The boy's friendship would be greatly strained because Dmitrei doesn't realize Girl A (the girl from the group) likes him and the the boy would be angry at Dmitrei and jealous of him. Drama, drama, drama. <3 Of course, these are just ideas. Neither one of them has to actually be played out. [/style]
