He may act stupid and friendly, but he's really conniving and manipulative. He has his own plans to rule the world someday, and his loyalties don't extend past himself, not even to his much younger sister who left abandoned. Juan is not entirely human, evident in his pointed ears, but the blood-line is weak and he pays no mind to the stares. It actually works in his favor mostly. He's very smart and hardworking, and makes himself appear trustworthy, but he is the farthest thing from it. Those who know his true side often ponder if he is the spawn of the Demon King himself, and they are not joking. For the moment, he is a diligent worker and content with his life. For his own protection, he ensures that his bosses have no reason to come after him. He is the kind of person to trick you and then go home and laugh about when he's certain no one is around, so he's a bit of a coward in that regard. And, in his own creepy way, rather adorable at times. His colorful and musical antics help to keep the younger siblings of the boss and his right hand entertained while they are unable to look after them themselves (even though, arguably, Lievin's sister no longer requires looking after). He is always delighted to do it, since he absolutely adores children. Children just...aren't always too fond of him...shocker. To say he's 'a bit out there' is an understatement. He is ALL OUT THERE. He is the type of person to randomly burst into song and pretend to be a magician. There is actually little he can do when it comes to anything but healing magic, thanks to his part-manakete bloodline. While most people have lost their faith in the species, he is living proof that they did exist at some point. Simply look at his ears. That'll do it for most people. He is a long-time friend of his boss, and despite being older has no problem taking orders from Demetrio. Some believe to be homosexual, but if he were then his dreams of having children of his own one day would be folly now wouldn't it? Surprisingly enough, he is heterosexual. Although some question it when they witness the bromance and the closeness between him and Demetrio, and him and Lievin as well (although less so). His job is simplified in the sense that he just does what he's told, there's nothing special about his qualifications. Although, he is used often as a bodyguard in the public eye, simply because of his intimidating figure. He is often also used as a back-up babysitter, in case the doctor can't make it. Quiet, but critical, he is the usually the first to make a sarcastic remark. Everyone's a critic, and he definitely enjoys to dish out his two cents of criticism. He has the swordsmanship to train other henchmen, but has passed the offer. He has no ambitious goals whatsoever, which is probably why his bosses trust him so much. Loud noises, people, children, and the doctor he find annoying; but they are usually tagged with his comrades and so he has conditioned himself to have a high tolerance. He cannot stand Juan, but does not know why. Its not that he doesn't trust him, he just doesn't like him. At all. Definitely one of the most trustworthy and hard-working people, it would be no surprise if he died to save his boss or his younger sister. Not exactly a common blend. He's the kind of guy that makes it hard to believe he takes his job seriously, but in reality he really does. He just also really enjoys having fun. And boy, does he like his fun. Whenever he's not working, he's at a pub. Women are a favorite past-time of his, and he has no problem being a home-wrecker. He just likes to have fun. He's a player, a flirt, and there is rarely any emotional attachment to the women he sleeps with. 'Rarely', because there are women who are out of his reach. For example, Demetrio and Lievan's sisters. Even the chef has denied him. Technically they are family yes, but the connection is so small it doesn't even affect him. They probably don't even share DNA anymore. The problem is that he's persistent, and pursues these girls whenever he can. Especially Demetrio's sister. Which, of course, makes him an enemy of that oh-so-in-denial henchman who is smitten with the girl (who he has no problem trolling about it since he sees it quite clearly). Still, like everyone else, he is protective of the other members of the faction. And because of that, he doesn't care for Juan too much.
